Glass despatch

Once your glass has been ordered and payment received, you can expect an approximate turnaround as follows:

5-7 working days for Toughened glass

10-14 working days for Toughened Laminated glass

Component delivery

Expected delivery for Components is 1-2 working days after payment has been received.

Keeping in touch

For glass orders, we will be in touch by e-mail to advise you of your expected despatch date once your order has been allocated a production slot. Please bear in mind that deliveries can be on 2 day runs (2-3 days possible for Scotland). Information will be available on your expected delivery time the afternoon before despatch. We will call you at that point to advise. Delivery driver contact details can be provided should you require further contact with the driver on the day.

Important information

On delivery of glass you must ensure help is on hand to assist the delivery driver with offloading. Our drivers are not able to offload alone. Please let us know straight away if you envisage any potential problems with this requirement.

Please note that when storing glass, it is best to store it in a cool protected area, resting on suitable protective material and not directly on the ground. We advise that you protect the corners of your glass panels whilst in storage or transporting after delivery to minimise the risk of damage.
